OUR RETURN POLICY

*QLTY accept returns for all new, unused merchandise ordered on QLTYobjective.com and provides free return shipping on all orders placed within the United States.

For purchases made on our website, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return items in unworn or unused condition (i.e., no vamp creasing of the leather and no scuffs on the soles of boots). We will refund your original form of payment once your return has been received and processed by our returns team.

*Returns of previously exchanged merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

We want to get you your QLTY work boots as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your DNVR's to good work.

QLTY offers free FEDEX Ground shipping on qualified orders. Valid on orders shipped in the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to US territories Alaska, Hawaii and outside of the contiguous United States (*U.S. Territories include American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.)

We've made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. Orders should be placed by 12:00 PM CT for quickest delivery. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice.

We provide free return shipping on all orders placed within the United States on QLTYobjective.com.

For purchases made on our website, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return new/unworn merchandise. Merchandise must be in its original box and accompanied with the original packing slip. We will refund your original form of payment once your return has been received and processed by our returns team.

TO RETURN YOUR ORDER, FOLLOW THESE STEPS

• Sorry, we cannot cover return shipping on international returns at this time.
• Click on submit, we will generate a prepaid shipping label and email it to the email provided.f
• Pack your merchandise in the original packaging, affix the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at a UPS service center. Be sure to ask for a shipping receipt for proof of drop off, should your package get lost in transit.

HOW DO I RETURN A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?

We guarantee against defects in material and craftsmanship for 365 days from the date fo purchase. Work boots covered by the QLTY guarantee will be replaced at QLTY's discretion. However, this is not a guarantee against normal wear and tear nor to product that has been damaged by neglect, misuse, accident, modification or repair by anyone other than QLTY Objective artisans. Please use the online return process to send them to us with free return shipping. The product will be evaluated once we receive it. If deemed defective, we will issue a refund or replacement.
