When we started QLTY Work Boots, the vision was never just about creating a product. It was about solving a problem that I saw time and time again—an issue that hits home for millions of blue-collar workers across the country. For too long, these men and women, who are quite literally the backbone of our society, have been underserved by an industry that takes their hard-earned money but rarely gives back in terms of real value, quality, or comfort.

At QLTY Work Boots, we understand that after an 8-10 hour shift, you want to head straight home — not to a store. That’s why we’ve launched our Mobile Fit Unit, a first-of-its-kind service designed with the blue-collar worker in mind. Our unit rolls directly to your worksite, equipped with a variety of boot styles and sizes to ensure you can find the perfect fit without the inconvenience of shopping around.

There are over 200 handmade steps that go into crafting each pair of QLTY work boots.  Quality and craftsmanship is woven into every step of the process.

Until Victor and I co-founded QLTY, we really did not understand the “Power of a Signature”.
