Our boots fit True-To-Size…

We are in the process of developing a width program for our DNVR work boot collection. Please check back as we will be updating our customers as we get closer to a delivery date.

The letter after the shoe size is the width. In QLTY work boots, M = medium (regular) EE = wide

Work boots should fit snugly but not too tight when first worn. The boots should fit comfortably and allow your feet to move freely without pinching or squeezing. If the boots are too tight, they may cause discomfort or blisters.

Product Information

We realized that premium work boots are expensive and not everyone can afford that $200 - $350 price tag.

From the beginning, we decided to take the direct-to-consumer approach and eliminate the middle man. Our solution is designed build a consumer relationship and redefine the way you think about purchasing work boots.

Our work boots are designed and made with the same top-quality materials as other brands, but our overhead is much lower (no retail mark-up's built into the price) , and our quality is always guaranteed. It’s your hard-earned coin, and it should stay in your own pocket.

A Goodyear welt is a type of construction used to make a shoe more durable and long-lasting. It involves stitching a strip of leather, rubber, or synthetic material to the welt (the insole of the shoe) and then to the sole. This construction method creates a very strong bond between the welt and sole, which makes the shoe more water-resistant and increases its lifespan. Additionally, the welt can be replaced when it wears out, which makes the shoe even more durable.

The DNVR is designed for comfort in warmer temperatures and are built with water resistant leathers and is not constructed to be a waterproof boot.

Working with premium tanneries that source leather from North America, QLTY has developed an oil tanned full-grain leather that is durable, resilient and designed to provide Shovel-Ready comfort out of the box in both cool and warmer temperatures.

Yes, all of the boots that QLTY manufactures are fully resoleable work boots. The QLTY wedge is a non-marking, oil-and-slip resistant polyurethane rubber outsole that uses a soft compound for all-day cushioning, traction and support on concrete and smooth surfaces.

ASTM stand for the American Society for Testing and Materials.  All of QLTY's work boots meet or exceed these ASTM industry standards:

QLTY Soft Toe Work Boots ASTM F 2892 EH:The standard specification in which non-safety toe footwear is tested by a third party independent organization to be labeled as meeting standards like Electric Hazard (EH) or Static Dissipating (SD).

QLTY Steel Toe Work Boots ASTM F2412/13:test methods measure resistance of footwear to hazards that may result in injury to the worker. Impact resistance to eliminate or diminish the severity of injury caused by objects striking the foot, and in particular in the toes and metatarsal region.

MI/76:Footwear retains a (1/2) inch for men’s and (15/32) inch for women’s or greater clearance after a nominal impact of 75 foot-pounds.

C/76:Class C/75 retains a (1/2) inch after compression of 2,500 lbs or greater.

EH:Footwear manufactured with electrical shock-resistant soles and heels capable of withstanding an application of 18,000 volts the outsole is intended to provide a secondary source of electric shock-resistance protection to the wearer against the hazards from an incidental contact with live electrical circuits, electrically energized conductors, parts or apparatus. It must be capable of withstanding the application of 18,000 volts at 60 hertz for one minute with no current flow or leakage current in excess of one milliampere under dry conditions.

A Goodyear Welt Construction is superior to cement construction because it offers superior durability, better foot stability, and a longer lasting sole. The Goodyear Welt Construction process involves stitching the upper of the shoe directly to the sole using a leather or PVC welt. This creates a strong bond between the sole and the upper that can withstand more wear and tear than a cemented sole. Additionally, the welt construction offers better foot stability, as the stitch creates a more secure and comfortable fit for the wearer. Lastly, the Goodyear Welt Construction will last longer than a cemented sole, as it offers greater protection against water and other elements that can cause premature wear and tear.

1. Remove any loose dirt or mud by brushing it off with a stiff brush.

2. Wipe down the boots with a damp cloth to remove any remaining dirt or mud.

3. Mix a small amount of mild detergent in warm water and use the cloth to lightly scrub the boots.

4. Rinse the boots with clean water and dry them with a clean cloth.

5. Apply a leather conditioner to the boots to protect them from moisture and to help them maintain their shape.

6. If needed, you can also use a waterproofing product to protect the boots from water damage.

The best way to break in your work boots is to wear them in gradually. Start by wearing them for a few hours each day and gradually build up the amount of time that you wear them. During this period, you can also use a leather conditioner to soften the leather and make them more comfortable.

The frequency with which you should replace your work boots depends on how often you use them, how hard you are on them, and the quality of the boots. Generally, boots should be replaced every six months to one year, depending on the usage.

A wedge work boot is a style of work boot that features a wedged sole, which is designed to provide superior support, stability, and comfort. Wedge work boots are especially popular among those who spend long hours on their feet, such as construction workers and warehouse employees.

When choosing boots for a construction job, it is important to look for a pair that is made from durable materials such as leather. It should also provide arch and ankle support and be slip resistant. Steel toe boots are also a good choice as they offer extra protection from falling objects. Additionally, look for boots with a good tread to provide extra traction on slippery surfaces.

Work boots can make for good hiking boots, depending on the type of work boot and the type of hiking you are doing. If you are planning to do more rugged and challenging hikes, then a more specialized hiking boot is recommended. However, if you are planning to do some light hiking and walking, then a good pair of work boots may be all you need to get the job done.

Moc toe work boots are boots with a classic design, featuring a round toe, low heel, and a moccasin-style toe cap. The toe cap is usually made of leather, and it is usually stitched to the rest of the shoe, giving it a distinctive, rustic look. These work boots are typically made of thick, durable leather and are designed to provide comfort and protection while working on tough jobs.
